Motion by Councillor Jenkins on EX31.19

Councillor Cliff Jenkins has moved the following motion on item EX31.19:

That Recommendation 2. of the Executive Committee be amended by the
addition of the following Part c:

"2. c. implementing a measurement
system to determine the consequent effects on non-union morale and business
results."
