City Council has appointed Janet Leiper as the City's Integrity Commissioner, effective September 8, 2009. The Integrity Commissioner provides advice, complaint resolution and education to Council members and appointees of most of the City's agencies, boards and commissions (ABCs) on the application of the City's Code of Conduct and other bylaws, policies and legislation governing ethical behavior.
