Amendment to GM24.42

City Council has adopted the following amendment to the item GM24.42 headed "Sony Centre - Conveyance of Additional Strata Area"

Motion to Amend Item (Additional) moved by Councillor Howard Moscoe (Final)

That:

1. City Council approve an amendment to the Umbrella Agreement to allow a deposit surety to be treated in the same manner as a CMHC insured construction lender under the terms of the Umbrella Agreement.

2. City Council approve that the unconditional closing date of August 14, 2009 now be revised to be a date which is no later than the fifth business day following the date of Council approval.
