City Council considered the following two Member Motions together:

MM45.17 - Feasibility of reducing the speed limit by 10 km per hour on selected streets throughout the City - by Coucnillor Saundercook, seconded by Councillor Stintz

MM45.21 - Causes and Recommendations – Pedestrian Fatalities in Toronto - by Councillor Palacio, seconded by Councillor Lindsay Luby

Council adopted the following:

That City Council request the General Manager, Transportation Services to consider a proposal that Members of Council submit a list of streets in their own Wards that should have their speed limits lowered by 10km per hour.
