Motion by Councillor Holyday

Councillor Doug Holyday has moved the following motion on item CC6.1:

That City Council amend Recommendation 1 by adding the following "the Articles of the Corporation be amended by changing the minimum number of directors from "two" to "one", with no change to the maximum number of directors." so that Recommendation 1c now reads as follows:

1c. Section 3.01 of By-law No. 2 of the Corporation shall be amended to require a minimum of one (1) director and a maximum of thirteen (13) directors and the Articles of the Corporation be amended by changing the minimum number of directors from "two" to "one", with no change to the maximum number of directors."
