That:

1. Executive Committee Recommendation 1.h. be deleted:


"1.h. Toronto Employment and Social Services – Transfer operational and financial responsibility for the activities of the Christmas Bureau to an appropriate external agency or group and, once the transfer is completed, reduce the internal resources allocated within the division for this function"
