Councillor Joe Mihevc has moved the following deferral motion on the Voluntary Separation Program:

That City Council defer the Item until the October 24 and 25, 2011 meeting and direct the City Manager to report directly to City Council on an analysis, by division and by agency, of the impact of the proposed downsizing in each division, the amount of divisional and agency savings anticipated with each cut, and the service standard implications
