Councillor Anthony Perruzza has moved the following motion on the Core Service Review:

That:
1. Recommendation 1.e. of the Executive Committee be deleted and replaced with the following:


"1.e. Parks, Forestry and Recreation – Request the General Manager to explore the feasibility of allowing local groups to operate the Black Creek urban farm at no cost to the City."
