That the City Manager not consider the following KPMG Opportunities for inclusion in broader service and organizational studies, as previously directed by the Executive Committee:
Toronto Employment and Social Services - Eliminate the Hardship Fund, and request the Provincial Government to fund these services, and items (Decision Advice Item 2.1r).


16b - Motion to Amend Item (Additional) moved by Councillor Maria Augimeri (Final)

That City Council request the Toronto Transit Commission to ensure that the roll back to service improvements to pre-Ridership Growth Strategy levels including changes to the crowding standards; be implemented in the priority neighbourhoods last.

That:


1. Executive Committee Recommendation 10 be amended by deleting the words "Executive Committee" and replacing with the words "Community Development and Recreation Committee" so that the Recommendation now reads:



"10. City Council request the City Manager to undertake a study of community infrastructure provided through the City's libraries, community centres, community hubs, related agencies, and organizations, and report to the Community Development and Recreation Committee on a plan that maximizes the use of the City's assets, and enhances service system coordination."
