Councillor Paula Fletcher has moved the following motions on the Core Service Review:
21a - Motion to Amend Item (Additional) moved by Councillor Paula Fletcher (Final)
That:
1. Executive Committee Recommendation 12.b.i. be amended by adding the following:
"the City Manager also identify opportunities for new revenues by expanding the use of the 311 Call Centre, including for City department out bound calls during off peak hours; and report on the possibility of a charge back to Toronto Water and Solid Waste Business Units based on the number of work orders generated."

That Toronto City Council request the provincial government to amend the City of Toronto Act, 2006 to include a section which allows the provincial government to receive a petition of at least 75 electors or 10% of electors in a municipality ( whichever is less) to de-amalgamate.
21d - Motion to Amend Motion moved by Councillor Paula Fletcher (Final)
That Motion 18 moved by Councillor Perruzza be amended by deleting the words "General Manager" and replacing them with the words "Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA)" so that Recommendation 1.e. reads as follows:
"1.e. Parks, Forestry and Recreation – Request the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) to explore the feasibility of allowing local groups to operate the Black Creek urban farm at no cost to the City."
