That the Acting General Manager, Solid Waste Management Services report quarterly to the Public Works and Infrastructure Committee on the number of 3-1-1 complaints and number of open tickets regarding Solid Waste pick up in Districts 1, 2, 3 and 4.

That City Council amend motion 6 part c. by Councillor Cho by deleting the words "of Waste Management" and adding "and tonnage by District" so that c. now reads:
