Capital and Corporate Financing/Non-Program Budget (Recommendation 104-105)
That Council amend the 2010 Operating Budget by increasing the amount provided to fund the 2010 cost-of-living salary increase for non-unionized and management employees by an additional 1 percent, for a total of 2 percent, so that it matches that of the unionized employees, and that the increase be funded from appropriate reserves.
