Councillor Shelley Carrol has made a motion amending a previous motion by Councillor Vaughan, as follows:

That motion 1.b by Councillor Vaughan be amended by adding the following words to Parts 10.a and 12.b.iii:

"and City Council direct the General Manager of Shelter, Support and Housing to prepare a report for consideration by the Affordable Housing Committee on a policy that defines the benchmark criteria for fair value."
